Terms of use
These terms cover Galaxy Raze and its website, provided by Regeora LLC, 8 The Green #18146, Dover, DE 19901, United States. References below to Apple, Game Center and Apple's EULA apply to the Apple version only. The Android version is licensed by Regeora LLC for personal use under these terms; Google Play's applicable terms also apply to distribution and purchases.

Playing and using the site
Use the game and site lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not interfere with their security or distribute modified copies without permission. Permissions and restrictions in the Apple EULA and applicable law still apply.
Progress and virtual items
Progress and unlocks are stored locally in the current version. Virtual currency and items are for use in the game, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Keep this local-storage limitation in mind before resetting progress or removing the app.
In-app purchases
Galaxy Raze offers optional in-app purchases through Apple: alloy packs of 400, 1200 and 2800 alloy (consumable, added to the profile on this device), the one-time Quantum Core boost (+1 shield at launch, +10% alloy), Remove Ads (one-time; turns off ads between sectors) and Premium Start (one-time; turns off ads between sectors and adds 600 alloy once). The product, price and conditions are shown before you confirm; Apple handles payment and we never receive your full card details. Purchases are optional: every sector, ship and mod can be earned by playing. Alloy packs, including the alloy in Premium Start, are consumed when credited and cannot be restored as unused purchases; the Quantum Core and the ad-free status from Remove Ads or Premium Start can be restored with “Restore purchases” in the Mod Shop. Refund requests go through Apple, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Possible subscriptions
No subscriptions are active today. If offered, the purchase screen will state the benefits, price, billing period, renewal conditions and any trial terms. An auto-renewing subscription continues until cancelled under the displayed terms. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings; cancellation normally stops the next renewal, with access continuing through the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Advertising
The game shows ads from third-party networks through Unity LevelPlay (Unity Ads and ironSource Ads). Rewarded videos are optional: you choose to watch one to continue a sector with a full hull (once per sector), to double the alloy earned in a sector, or to open the Daily Crate once a day; the reward is given when the video ends. Ads between sectors appear when you leave the results screen: not before your third finished sector in a session, then at most once every three sectors and at least 90 seconds apart, never right after your first defeat in a sector. The networks choose the ads; tapping an ad may open the App Store or a website. Report an inappropriate ad through the support page; many ads also offer a report option under their ⓘ icon. Remove Ads and Premium Start turn off ads between sectors; rewarded videos stay available if you want them. Ad frequency may change between versions or be adjusted remotely.
Ownership and support
GALAXY RAZE and the game and website materials are owned by Regeora LLC or their respective licensors. Using them does not transfer ownership. We provide game support through the contact form on the support page; Apple is not responsible for providing app maintenance or support.
Updates and your rights
The game and these terms may change as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated as required. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer or other law. Contact us for questions about these terms.
Android and Google Play
Android offers the same optional 400/1200/2800 alloy packs, permanent Quantum Core, Remove Ads and Premium Start through Google Play. Prices and purchase conditions appear before confirmation. Credited alloy packs, including the alloy in Premium Start, are consumed; restore the Quantum Core and the ad-free status using the same Google Play account. Refunds follow Google Play's rules and mandatory consumer rights. Ads work as described under Advertising. No subscriptions are currently active. Regeora LLC provides game support.
