Tell us your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, game version and what happened. Include a screenshot if useful. Never send passwords or payment details.
Progress and purchases
Progress is stored on your device; cloud recovery is not currently available. Alloy packs and the Quantum Core are bought through Apple: use “Restore purchases” in the Mod Shop after reinstalling to get the Quantum Core back (alloy packs are consumed when credited). For any Apple-billed purchase, use Apple's purchase history and refund service.
Privacy requests
For questions about personal data or a deletion request, use the contact form on this page. Resetting game progress removes local progress; it does not itself delete information already sent to Firebase.
